WHAT IS THE INTERNSHIP?

The Mountain View Internship Program is designed to help identify and develop the next generation of ministry leaders. The Internship Program combines class experience with skill development, professional coaching, discussion-based training, and hands-on experience to develop a holistic church ministry perspective. Its purpose is to prepare these interns for a successful, long-term ministry career.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS AN INTERN?

• 20 hours/week of experiential learning at Mountain View

• 2-4 fun, off-site team outings per semester

• Direct coaching from a ministry leader and spiritual mentor, along with weekly ministry and skills presentations

• Practical tools and resources for personal and professional growth

• Completion benefits, including resume support, a certificate of completion, and referrals to partner churches
